Why Did We Start Syncupp?
After 4+ years of running my own agency and consulting 150+ startups and businesses across industries - SaaS, D2C, Web3 - I learned one thing the hard way.
Most businesses don't have a business problem. They have a people problem.
Sales can be figured out. So can marketing, even product. But if your team isn't aligned, efficient, or accountable, the business slows down. Operations break. Momentum dies.
I faced this personally. As our agency scaled, managing the team became my biggest bottleneck. We were using one tool for tasks, another for meetings, another for time tracking… We were drowning in tabs and tools.
