If you cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, you will receive a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided as your subscription will have started.

To cancel your subscription, please go to your Syncupp account and follow the cancellation instructions. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period.

You can continue using Syncupp until the end of your paid subscription period. All your data and content will be securely erased after your subscription ends.
