Eligibility
Our services are only available to businesses and firms. Use by individual consumers is prohibited. You must be authorized to represent your business and accept these terms on its behalf.
License to Use Platform
Subject to these terms and your payment of applicable fees, Syncupp grants your business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for internal business purposes during your active subscription term.
Payments & Pricing
Fees are charged according to the plan and billing cycle selected at purchase. Prices may change with notice for renewals. Taxes may apply based on your billing location.
Cancellation & Refunds
Your license is valid for the duration selected/paid for at time of purchase. No refunds are given outside the stated money-back window. Requests for cancellation must be emailed 14 days before the end of the paid term for changes to take effect in the next term.
Content & Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your content and data uploaded to the platform. By uploading, you grant Syncupp usage rights to store, display, and process it to provide the service. Upon cancellation, we may delete content as per our data retention policies.
Limits of Liability
We strive for high uptime but are not responsible for any downtime, errors, loss of data, or other issues beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid. Syncupp is provided on an as-is basis without warranty.
Prohibited Uses
These include unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or spammy conduct. Impersonating others or penetrating our systems is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such conduct at our discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms by posting revised terms on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes consent. Check back occasionally for updates.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Ahmedabad law, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by courts located in Ahmedabad.
